Welcome to 'Our Oceanview', a 2800sq ft gorgeous family owned home in South Yarmouth directly on South Middle Beach! Location, Location the ocean is right outside your door - just bring flip flops! This home is truly beauty and the beach. Enjoy 180 degree water views from the living room or climb up the winding staircase in the kitchen to the captains nook. Relax to the sounds of the ocean on the two back decks, or play cornhole in the fenced in yard while grilling on the stone patio. Cape Cod’s top beaches like Smuggler's - and The Skipper restaurant are within walking distance, while a short drive away (5miles) are some of your favorite grocery stores (instacart!), shopping and kids activities (Cape Cod Inflatable park, Pirate's Museum and Pirate's Cove mini golf). If you choose to venture into Hyannis, you are also 5 miles away from the ferries that travel to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard for a day trip. Dennis is also 5 miles away, making this an ideal location for a week of fun! Our home is an upside down house, which means you enter through the lower floor. On the first floor you will find a king bedroom plus en suite bath and a second room with bunk beds (lower bunk is a full, top is a twin, sleeps 3) and a crib. Both of these bedrooms have pocket doors with blackout curtains.
There is an open floor plan outside of these bedrooms, where kids can run/play puzzles/tag/games. Up the stairs are two more bedrooms, one queen and one king (octopus rug). The queen has its own private deck attached. Down a separate set of stairs, there is an in law apartment with another full kitchen, tv area with brand new pullout couch and half bathroom. This is where we prepare meals for outdoor entertaining and where our friends and grandparents also stay. There is an additional king trundle in the loft above the kitchen with private deck. There are 7 beds total including the loft and sleeper sofa. This home is currently a duplex with two stair wells. It will be fully remodeled into a single family home this fall. We have a private parking lot that fits 3-4 vehicles! We provide salon grade shampoos, Turkish bath towels and Shark Tank’s famous Sand Cloud beach (sand free) blankets. We also provide a Baby Bjorn, booster seat, beach umbrellas, all terrain beach wagon and toys.
